La mermelada de fresas es otra de mis favoritas y ahora hay que aprovechar para hacer las conservas y disfrutarla cuando no las encontremos. Como todas las mermeladas, esta receta es fácil y rápida, tardarás más en ponerla al Baño María que en prepararla.
Ésta quedó un poco líquida, diferente a la que he hecho otras veces, pero al ponerla en el pan y ver cómo se colaba entre la miga, me pareció exquisita. La textura va en gustos, poniendo más o menos tiempo conseguiréis la vuestra. Disfrutadla!!!.
MERMELADA DE FRESAS
Necesitarás:
1kg de fresas
1kg de azúcar
2 cuch de zumo de limón
(salió 1.400gr)
Así se hace:
- Prepara las fresas lavándolas bien y quitando las hojas.
- Ponlas en el vaso con el azúcar y el zumo de limón y programa 35 minutos a 100ºC y velocidad 2.
- Comprueba que está a tu gusto y programa más tiempo si la encuentras demasiado líquida.
- Guarda en los tarros y deja enfriar.
- Ya puedes poner en el frigorífico o meterlas al Baño María para hacer conserva.
