Tenía una tarrina de queso Mascarpone a punto de caducar. Como no me apetecía hacer dulce, me puse a buscar alguna receta nueva y encontré en VelocidadCuchara un helado de fresas congeladas que llevaba este queso. Como tenía además unos riquísimos melocotones, maduritos, muy dulces, los troceé y congelé para hacerlo y, el resultado......mmmmmmm, exquisito!.
Queda muy fino. Puse parte de la crema en cubiteras y les pinché una paletina cuando estaban congelando y mis peques alucinaron. Qué bueno y qué natural, es un gusto hacerles los helados.
HELADO DE MELOCOTÓN
Necesitarás:
100gr de azúcar (30gr de azúcar glacé y 70ml de azúcar invertido)
300gr de melocotones troceados y congelados
200gr de queso mascarpone
Así se hace:
1. Pon en el vaso los 30gr de azúcar y programa 30 segundos en velocidad progresiva 5-10 para hacerlo glacé.
2. Agrega el azúcar invertido y los melocotones congelados y vuelve a programar 30 segundos, velocidad progresiva 5-10.
3. Añade el queso mascarpone y programa 1 minuto en velocidad 5. Ponlo en un recipiente y al congelador!.
* Sácalo cada hora para darle unas vueltas en la TMX y quede más cremoso. Hazlo unas tres veces.
Esta riquisimo este helado!!!!! yo todo el verano que lo he hecho, con fresas, con mango, con sandia y también con melocotón. La verdad que queda muy bien con cualquier fruta que se le ponga.
