ENSALADA DE CREPES


Hoy, más que una receta, os traigo una idea, una forma original y bonita de presentar una ensalada. Podéis usar cualquier tipo de ensalada, mezclada como ésta, o montar por capas. Además, esta idea nos sirve para otros rellenos como carne picada, pisto, salsa boloñesa...cualquier cosa que se nos ocurra.
Os cuento de qué era la mía...
 
Necesitarás...
- lechuga iceberg
- tomate
- atún
- cebolla frita
- frutos secos
- mayonesa y mostaza
- crema de vinagre balsámico
 
Yo lo he mezclado todo muy bien y he formado las capas, poniendo también ensalada arriba y decorando con la crema de vinagre.
 
 
 
Para las crepes, usad vuestra receta favorita. Si no tenéis, aquí os dejo una.
Se pueden hacer con antelación y guardar en el frigorífico, en un tupper cerrado y poniendo papel vegetal o film entre ellas.
