Por otro lado te quisiera preguntar: ¿con cuánta anticipación comienzo a hacer las tartas dulces y tortas? Para mi hijita de 1 año voy a cocinar todo yo y no me imagino en que momento voy a hacer todo!! Nunca hice nada para tantas personas.

EliminarLa levadura en polvo es eso, en polvo, es seca, también se llama "de panadero". Puedes usar la fresca, sólo hay que adaptar las cantidades, que no son las mismas.
La harina de trigo es la de uso común, de responsaría, que suele ser más fina, pero no la leudante, esa lleva la levadura incorporada.
Si quieres preparar cualquier fiesta, tendrás que organizarte según tu tiempo y lo que vayas a hacer. Yo suelo empezar dos días antes, a veces tres, depende de sí puedes guardar tus preparaciones sin que se estropeen. Por regla general, menos el fonda y, las tartas mejor hacerlas el día de antes o mejor dos, te las dejas hechas además de estar más ricas. Magdalenas, galletas,...todo eso conserva bien para hacerlo con antelación, aunque las decires el último día...platos salados que puedas conservar, pâtés,...cualquier cosa que hagas y puedas reservar, mejor. Yo prefiero tener todo hecho y ese día estar tranquila y preparar las mesas y últimos detalles.
